I have been going back and forth on this one all day. On the one hand the 49ers have been decimated by injuires and Covid. They will be without Aiyuk, Samual, and Williams on Thursday because of Covid contact tracing. They also lost Jimmy G and Kittle last week. But on the other side of the coin the Packers can’t stop the run it save their life and the 49ers should still be able to move it on the ground. I ultimately think the 49ers injuries will be too much to overcome and that the Packers will cover. I’m in no way happy about this pick but I just don’t see how the 49ers can do anything through the air.
One thing I have on my side is how Rodgers does coming off of loses. He is 11-0 against the spread in his last 11 losses. I expect them to bounce back and win by a TD. If they don’t then I might be ready to say they are dead to me.
