Time To Step Back into The NBA?

Now I am 2-0 this season when betting on NBA games and I was really considering hanging up the sneakers and retiring from NBA betting while on top. However I’m really starting to get the itch to jump back into NBA action. There are just so many games, they play every night and NBA prop bets are some of the most enjoyable betting an individual can do. I think to start I’m just gonna dip my toes in, see how the water feels. Tonight is the perfect night to do just that, four games, all before 8 pm so all my bets will be settled by the time late NCAA games start so I can dig myself out when I inevitably lose my NBA picks.

Toronto @ Orlando (+6.5)

Orlando has started their home stretch in the best way possible winning 3 straight against the Sixers, Lakers and Knicks. Toronto on the flip side is looking to regain their early momentum as they come in losers of 3 out of their last 4. Toronto is coming off 3 days rest, where so far on the year they are 2-1 on 2-3 days rest. Lowery is expected to play after twisting his ankle, and OG is also expected to be ready to go. I think this is a game where you put your money on the better team and expect them to cover. The Raptors are top 10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency and I expect the Magics offense to cool off after scoring 130 in 2 straight. Pick: Raptors -6.5 Prediction: TOR 115 ORL 105

Clippers @ Wizards (+2)

There was a report that came out earlier saying that the Wizards were open to trading their ENTIRE team, no one was off limits. That is not a recipe for a team to cover a 2 point spread. They could rally and turn their season around but this isn’t a fairy tale and that not how real life works. Generally when players are cursing out their coaches, and GMs are trying to trade their star players, your season is over. Pick: Clippers -2 Prediction: LAC 113 Wash 95

Prop Bet Of The Night:

CJ McCollum Over 21.5 Points +110

The Knicks stink out loud and I think they will try to take Lillard away leaving the door open for CJ to put up a big game. Also while I’m on the Knicks, is Kristaps going to play this year? I didn’t think an ACL tear was a 2 year recovery process, but reports say he still hasn’t been cleared for contact yet. If I’m the Knicks, I’m just punting this year and going after the number 1 pick, keep KP out and let him come back next year fully healthy.
